Founder and artistic director of the company has been in the movement theater field for over 25 years. His mime training includes studying in Paris with Etienne Decroux, the father of modern mime and teacher of Marcel Marceau, and Steve and Corinne Wasson;  in Montreal with Jean Asselin, Denise Boulanger, and George Molnar. Rich has studied modern dance with members of the Jose Limon Company, Jennifer Muller and the Works, , Laura Dean Dancers and Musicians, and Ballet and Jazz with Ann Morris and Fred Valentini. Rich studied clowning with Bond Street Theater, Dimitri, and Avner the Eccentric. In addition to a solo show, he has created numerous original works of movement theater for his company which has received grants from the New York State Council on the Arts, the City of Albany and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Associate director, holds a M.S. in dance education and served as head of the dance program at State University of New York at Albany for six years. She studied modern dance with the Limon Company, Jennifer Muller, Paul Sanasardo, Twyla Tharp and Steve Paxton, and mime in Paris with Etienne Decroux and Steve and Corinne Wasson. She was selected as a movement specialist with the National Endowment for the Arts, Artist-In-Schools Program. Teaching highlights include Capital Region Center for Arts-In-Education for 20 years and Albany Academy for Girls for 7 years as well as numerous residencies with KOMOTION.
